Effective Date: 21 April 2026
Last Updated: 21 April 2026
Welcome to JewishSavannah.com (the "Site"), operated by Jewish Tours LLC doing business as Jewish Savannah Tours ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, booking a tour, or communicating with us via phone, email, or text message, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Services
Jewish Savannah Tours offers guided walking tours of Jewish historical sites in Savannah, Georgia. Tours are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in duration and cover sites and stories significant to the Jewish experience in Savannah from 1733 to the present. Tour meeting points and routes are coordinated between the guide and guest prior to the tour. Tours are led by independent tour guides contracted by us.
2. Booking and Payment
Tour inquiries are submitted through the form on our Site. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a booking. A booking is confirmed only after (a) we have confirmed guide availability for your requested date, and (b) you have completed payment in full using the payment link provided to you.
Tours are priced at $185 per group, regardless of group size. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please contact your tour guide directly as soon as possible. You may also reach us at adam@jewishtours.me. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable, though we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your tour at no additional charge, subject to guide availability.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to inclement weather, guide unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Tour Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully at all times during the tour, particularly when visiting religious and historical sites. We reserve the right to end a tour early without refund if a participant's behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk to others.
5. Assumption of Risk
Our tours involve walking on public sidewalks, streets, and other outdoor surfaces for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. By participating in a tour, you acknowledge that walking tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven surfaces, weather exposure, traffic, and physical exertion. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tour.
We recommend that participants wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water, particularly during warmer months. Participants with mobility concerns should contact us in advance to discuss accommodations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewish Tours LLC, its owners, employees, and contracted tour guides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in a tour or use of this Site. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a tour shall not exceed the amount you paid for that tour.
7. Communications
By submitting an inquiry through our Site or providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us related to your tour booking, including emails and SMS text messages. These communications are transactional in nature and relate to scheduling, payment, and tour logistics.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. To opt out of email communications, please contact us at adam@jewishtours.me.
